Description

We are seeking a skilled Tester to join our agile team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on functionality and usability.
- Perform regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing as needed.
- Participate in code reviews and provide input on quality standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications





- 4-8 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies and testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Robust understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for automation testing.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid attention to detail and a passion for quality.
