Conneqt Digital is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Quality Manager with a strong background in Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence to optimize our Finance and Accounting processes. Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and Accounting (F&A;) functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Record to Report.
- Execute data-driven root cause analysis and challenge existing workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Promote process harmonization and drive the transition to automated environments.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of optimized F&A; processes.
- Facilitate the implementation of new services, ensuring alignment with operational goals and best practices.
- Oversee and mentor teams on operational excellence methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Educational:
Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or Science.
- Technical Skills:
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification with hands-on project execution experience.
- Proficiency in applying operational excellence methodologies to transactional processes within F&A.;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with shared service environments and automation tools is a plus.
- Other Requirements:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
