Primary responsibilities of the role and the primary tasks for each function:
- Review/Analyze accounts or documents and determine appropriate and applicable treatment in line with set SOPs or other standard procedures established for diverse tasks.
- Prepare appropriate documents or responses or perform valid searches and prepare findings in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate closely with concerned paralegals and attorneys (stakeholders) about the process and raise any queries or escalations around it.
- Quality check, perform a second level check on tasks designated to the team as per the workflow process.
- Assist in reporting of tasks performed in various activities and maintaining a track of individual tasks.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong English reading and writing skills for creating and editing U.S. legal documents.
