- Relevant hands-on experience in manual testing of Web and Mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Working knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium or similar.
- Strong understanding of Web and Mobile project workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and deadline-driven development environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and adapt quickly.

Technical & Communication Skills

- Proficiency in manual and automation testing practices.
- Familiarity with test case creation, execution, and bug tracking tools.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written in English).
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively.
- Positive interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities





- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to understand project scope and testing requirements.
- Responsible for functional, integration, and system-level testing of high-traffic client websites.
- Create, execute, and maintain test scripts, test data, and test documentation.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex QA and test environment issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis and coordinate with development teams to ensure issue resolution.
- Ensure product quality by validating against business requirements and technical specifications.

Preferred Tools & Technologies

- Selenium (or any other test automation framework)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and version control (Git) is a plus.
