Key Responsibilities

- Conduct end-to-end functional testing of Duck Creek Claims Center implementations
- Validate configuration changes, system integrations, and functionalities within the Claims Center module
- Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and business analysts in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Define and estimate QA tasks within Agile sprints to ensure comprehensive test coverage and prioritization
- Leverage BDD automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure quality and performance benchmarks are met for all Duck Creek implementations
- Lead QA initiatives to align with business goals and delivery timelines

Qualifications & Skills

- Robust expertise in Duck Creek Claims Center testing and QA processes
- Experience working in Agile environments with active participation in Agile ceremonies
- Exposure to Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) automation frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
