We are seeking a talented Software Engineer 2 to join our Communication Platform team in India. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in web development and will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly web applications that enhance our communication services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications for our communication platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in software development, specifically in web technologies.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
