Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Architect software projects, design modules, and lead module development.
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams (developers, QA, UI/UX).
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure defect resolution and high-quality outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership.
- Travel to client sites to meet stakeholders and ensure project alignment.
- Follow structured approaches to close projects effectively and document learnings.

Requirements / Qualifications:

- BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, IT, Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
- 8+ years in software development.
- 3+ years managing multiple projects (minimum 5+ years for must-have requirement).
- Hands-on experience with Web Full Stack or .NET Full Stack.
- Robust understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skill
