What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities
- Build global standard web applications with hands-on development experience.
- Provide technical leadership for projects and the team through design and code reviews, ensuring the best technical practices are applied.
- Guide the team with technical architecture.
- Manage development teams by conducting daily stand-ups, ensuring sprints are completed on time,
and removing dependencies.
- Help teams reduce technical debt through constant code refactoring.
- Work proficiently with Scrum methodology and Agile practices.
- Successfully work under tight project deadlines.
