Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete EXIM documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, BL, COO, and ERC.
- Classify products with accurate HSN codes and coordinate with customs for valuation.
- Handle Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments including DG declaration, UN packaging, MSDS, and IATA/IMDG compliance.
- Coordinate with CHAs, freight forwarders, port authorities, and internal teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, SEZ, ICEGATE, and other EXIM-related regulations.
- Manage BIS certifications and EPR registration, including reporting to the Ministry of Environment.
- Liaise with SVB for related-party imports and valuation queries.
- Ensure AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Utilize export-import advantages such as Advance Authorization, EPCG, Duty Drawback, and ERC.
- Maintain accurate records and generate MIS reports using advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
- Coordinate with finance for LC documentation, bank compliance, and related processes.
- Track and monitor international shipments, addressing bottlenecks proactively.
- Stay updated on EXIM policies, customs laws, and global trade regulations.
- Identify and apply relevant customs notifications for duty exemptions and regulatory compliance.
