Key Responsibilities

AI Architecture & Development

- Architect and implement modular LLM pipelines, including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, fine-tuning, and orchestration.
- Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, tool use (e.g., APIs, plugins), and multi-step task execution.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI systems — from prototyping to production deployment, observability, and optimization.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel to enhance AI capability.
- Ensure performance, scalability, safety, and traceability of LLM-based systems in production environments.

Collaboration & Innovation

- Partner with data science, platform engineering,



and product teams to embed AI solutions across Esko's ecosystem.
- Stay at the forefront of AI and LLM research trends to influence Esko's AI strategy and technology roadmap.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices in AI engineering and deployment.
