- Minimum 4 years of total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll
- Expertise in SAP payroll configuration from Gross to Net Payroll (US preferred)
- Proficient in BSI Tax Factory and tax configuration
- Experience with Garnishments Configuration
- Knowledge and experience in Off-cycle payroll definition and processing
- Integration experience with SAP FI and third-party financial systems
- Familiarity with PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) is a plus
- Knowledge of post-payroll activities and related processes
- Proficient in Wage Type (WT) configuration, Payroll execution, and Schema flow
- Robust experience with testing and validation of payroll processes
- Willing to work in US time zone shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
