Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, develop, and execute product strategies that align with the company's vision and market needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and development teams, to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Customer Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and translate their needs into actionable product enhancements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to drive product initiatives and ensure smooth execution. Standard aspects of inbound product management – planning / prioritizing sprints, maintaining and grooming the product backlog with UX and engineering in an agile fashion.
- Agile Product Development: Lead agile development cycles, define user stories, and work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to make data-driven product decisions.
- Metrics & Performance Tracking: Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvements as a part of weekly business reviews.
- Team Leadership & Management: Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Work Experience

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 5+ years in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Customer-Centric Approach:



Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and solving customer pain points.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding software development processes, cloud technologies, and Proven track record in managing API and integration-based product development from concept to launch.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Project Management: Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in using data analytics tools and techniques to drive product decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in B2B SaaS products.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
