As a Product Designer on the Ads & Offers – SMB Merchants team, you will craft intuitive ad and promotion tools that empower small and medium-sized businesses to thrive on Uber Eats. You'll focus on campaign creation, creative management, and performance analytics, making it seamless for SMBs to attract new customers and drive sales. Working across a global user base, your designs will directly impact local restaurants, grocery stores, and brands, helping them attract customers and build loyalty.

1. What the Candidate Will Do Own design problems from beginning to end, from the initial concept through to shipping and beyond
2. Create wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to address complex UX problems

5. Identify future opportunities and work as a key thought partner with your counterparts in product, engineering, and operations
6. Partner with our UX research team to better understand our customers' needs
7. 2+ years of product design experience
8. A portfolio showcasing high-quality designs and problem-solving ability
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills
10. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
11. Ability to manage stakeholders, requirements, and deliverables independently
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working on consumer facing marketplaces, commerce, or ads ecosystem
2. Experience in leading product design for complex systems, enterprise tools or data-rich or workflow-heavy products
