- To carry out Kiln, Raw Mill and Coal Mill operation.
- Troubleshooting of the problems and coordinating with all concern departments.
- Good knowledge of SAP, PP and MS Office
- Know safety standard & Develop safety culture in the department.
- To manage refractory related jobs at site during kiln shutdown and handling manpower.
- Responsible for targeted production and reducing specific power consumption and heat consumption.
- Maintain cement quality and best production.
- To enhance valuable operation and power saving.
