Key Responsibilities

- Design and build scalable data warehouse solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Pipelines, and SSIS.
- Develop interactive and visually appealing BI dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools to deliver actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data governance, data quality, and compliance with organizational standards and policies.
- Translate complex business requirements into practical data models, pipelines, and visualizations.
- Lead or contribute to end-to-end BI solution delivery, from data ingestion to visualization and reporting.
- Manage data ingestion workflows and pipelines for the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
- Work independently to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.Tech/B.E./M.E./M.Tech – Any Specialization).
- 9–12 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Business Analytics or equivalent roles.




- Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server).
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.
- Must have worked on ingesting and managing data in an Enterprise Data Warehouse.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions using the MSBI stack, including Power BI.
- Experience in both on-premise and cloud BI/reporting technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders across all levels.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with DBT and Microsoft Fabric will be a solid advantage.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with modern data architecture practices and tools within the Azure ecosystem.
