We are seeking a skilled Oracle/PLSQL Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining PL/SQL scripts and ensuring the efficiency and performance of database operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts and procedures to support application development.
- Optimize SQL queries for performance improvements and efficiency.
- Collaborate with software developers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design database solutions.
- Perform data migration and integration tasks between various systems.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging of PL/SQL code to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for database processes and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-7 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming.
- Experience with Oracle Database concepts and architecture.
- Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles.
- Ability to write efficient and optimized SQL queries.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries.
- Knowledge of database backup and recovery techniques.
- Familiarity with tools such as Oracle SQL Developer or TOAD.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team workplace.
