- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
- Develop operational insights utilizing data & analytics in order to analyze the drivers of profitability and evaluate key risks and opportunities of a company.
- Identify and discuss key deal issues with client deal teams, and management teams of target / subject companies.
- Make judgements related to the deal adjustments and other deal issues in discussion with the Engagement Principals.
- Draft and review tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, achievability of management's budget, operational insights, indebtedness considerations, and post-transaction working capital analysis.
- Manage team members (Associates and Analysts) on engagements - reviewing their work and coaching them.
- Establishing solid professional relationships with clients.
- Providing support/assistance for proposals/business development
Basic Qualifications:
- Qualifications: CA / MBA / PGDM in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a professional services firm
