- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and guidance to businesses on a range of corporate law matters, including contract review, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and regulatory issues, by analyzing legal risks, drafting documents, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure business operations align with legal requirements and mitigate potential legal risks.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Offer support and legal advice to clients on corporate law, tax law, intellectual property law, and other areas of expertise.
- Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and deeds.
- Advise on legal risks associated with business transactions and proposed courses of action.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop legal strategies that align with business objectives.
- Stay up to date on legal developments and advise clients of new laws and regulations that may impact their business.
What You've Done (Requirements)
- A law degree from an accredited law school.
- 3-5 years of legal experience, including experience in-house or at a law firm.
- Experience in advising commercial transactions and regulatory matters.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
