This is a pivotal role for a professional with a strong background in back-end development who is also a proven leader. You will be responsible for the entire web application development life cycle, from hands-on coding to project management and delivery, all while fostering a collaborative workplace within an Agile/Scrum framework.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

- Lead the engineering team within an Agile/Scrum environment, driving consensus and ensuring project plans and delivery commitments are met.
- Take full responsibility for the overall web application development life cycle, from design to deployment.
- Develop large-sized web applications using PHP and the Symfony framework.
- Utilize MySQL for database management and contribute to the front-end with jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.




- Manage and execute projects against established plans and delivery commitments, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
