We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in developing and implementing BPM solutions using IBM BPM software. This is a full-time position based in India.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop BPM solutions using IBM BPM software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Troubleshoot and debug BPM applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that coding standards are followed
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in developing BPM solutions using IBM BPM software
- Experience in developing custom integrations using REST and SOAP web services
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of BPMN, BPEL, and other BPM methodologies
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
