- Experience in Design & Development of Interior Body trims at Automotive OEM
- Strong program management skill with a goal/target minded discipline process excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Hands on experience in CATIA application.
- Positive knowledge of Teamcenter/PLM.
- DMU check for packaging feasibility & interaction with all concerned departments.
- At least one complete project execution as Team Lead of Design & Development of Interior Body trims.
- Feasibility checks for CAS, Tooling direction
- Experience in Interior Body trims such as A, B, C Pillar trims, Dashboard Assembly, Front and Rear Door Trims, Centre Console, Side Panels Trims, head liner, Sunroof
