We are seeking a Technical Lead for FW Validation/DevOps Automation who will be responsible for leading the automation efforts in firmware validation, driving the adoption of DevOps practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality firmware solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of validation and DevOps automation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine testing strategies and frameworks.
- Design and develop automation scripts for firmware validation processes.
- Analyze and improve existing validation processes using DevOps practices.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of firmware through automated testing methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and technical skills.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner to ensure project deadlines are met.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in firmware validation and DevOps automation.
- Solid programming skills in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.
- Experience in writing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Understanding of embedded systems and hardware-software interaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
