Key Responsibilities:

Field Service & Technical Support

- Attend breakdown calls in the assigned region
- Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and calibration of Videojet equipment on customer sites
- Complete preventive maintenance as per schedule
- Update service reports in Oracle

Customer Engagement & Training

- Demonstrate products to customers
- Provide technical training to customers
- Promote service contracts and consumables

Sales Support & Revenue Growth

- Identify potential parts requirements and initiate quotations and purchase orders
- Generate service leads for the sales team
- Drive service revenue targets while maintaining contract retention and warranty conversion rates

Problem-Solving & Coordination

- Analyze technical problems and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with other departments and key partners for troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks independently

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with the Ahmedabad region service team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support sales growth, service excellence, and customer happiness
