Role & responsibilities

- Experience in Design & Development of Exterior trims at Automotive OEM around 18 to 25 years of experience.
- Strong program management skill with a goal/target minded discipline process excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Hands on experience in CATIA application.
- Good knowledge of Teamcenter/PLM.
- DMU check for packaging feasibility & interaction with all concerned departments.
- At least one complete project execution as Team Lead of Design & Development of Exterior trims.
- Feasibility checks for CAS, Tooling direction
- Experience in Exterior Body trims such as Front bumper, Grill, Side cladding, Wheel arch, Rear bumper, Mudflap
- Good knowledge of drawing, GD&T;, BOM & & assembly process flow.
- Interaction with CFT including CAE, assembly line, Production planning, suppliers.
- Having valuable experience in Homologations for ECE & FMVSS, AIS standards.
- Having good knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS & DFMEA (4D) rules & product process flow chart system.
- Suggested VAVE (Cost Reduction) for weight reduction ideas
