- Working with Delivery on the skill mapping and level of competency expected.
- Online test paper preparation – Lot of diverse skills for a small group leads to 20+ papers.
- Testing online paper for calibration (complexity of questions to be created between easy, medium, and complex).
- Follow-up with online test team on addition of questions.
- Validation of questions added by online test team.
- Review Competency framework.
- Training after results to plan next level of competency to improve proficiency level.
- Identification of technology for training.
- Setup of labs on Cloud and as necessary – Work with Infra team.
- Setup of local infra for associates working with customer where direct access to VM cloud is not allowed by MSA.
- Assignment of labs to associates.
- Ensuring lab access is removed after training is done.
- Create Use case and collaborate with various stakeholder for review and finalize use case.
- Set Lab to perform hands-on for use case execution.
- Creating use case-based learning plan.
- Assigning associates/team to do the learning and follow up on the progress of learning.
- Assessment after the learning is completed.




- Define certification plan based on Marketing and Data EC needs.
- Identification of associates for the certification.
- Driving certification.
- Certification reimbursement approval.
- Collaborate with CS team and identify learning plan
- Track learning and report status
- Requirements

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in competency management, technical training, or a related field.
- Experience in designing and managing online testing and competency frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and lab setups.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proven experience with certifications, assessments, and skill development programs.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with creating use cases and hands-on learning plans.
- Familiarity with technical tools for competency assessment, learning management, and certification.
