Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle outbound sales for banking products such as Personal Loans and Savings Accounts.
- Assist customers with queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage collections and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Educational: HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of outbound sales experience in the BFSI domain.
- Skills:
- Solid English communication skills (Versant score 3/4 or equivalent).
- Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record in achieving targets.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Other: Immediate joiners preferred.
