Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM or Customer Success (Ideal)
- Strong attention to detail, dedicated work ethic, organized, and robust
- communication skills desired
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
