Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the P&L; (Profit & Loss) of the assigned cluster.
- Recommend programs and services by studying the changing needs of the city.
- Identify and anticipate community service trends; evaluate and present options to regional head, business head, and supply chain head.
- Measure and track metrics at the city level; take actions to achieve city-level targets.
- Provide city services by establishing and improving functional structure; delegate authority effectively.
- Maintain city staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by:
- Attending educational workshops
- Reviewing professional publications
- Establishing personal networks
- Participating in professional societies
- Achieve financial objectives by:
- Developing and recommending annual budgets
- Scheduling expenditures
- Analyzing variances
- Initiating corrective actions
- Anticipating long-term challenges
- Enforce board decisions by developing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with central, state, and local laws by:




- Studying existing and new legislation
- Anticipating future changes
- Advising management on necessary actions
- Maintain strong rapport with customers, vendors, and brands by:
- Meeting regularly

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-5 years experience in a similar role.
- BE from top institutes.
- MBA would be an added advantage
- An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has Good presentation skills.
