Guide the Compliance Team

- Make sure the compliance team members are doing their jobs properly and following the rules.

Track and Fix Issues

- Keep a record of any mistakes or rule violations and help fix them quickly.

Support Business Teams

- Help sales and marketing teams understand what documents or approvals they need for their activities.

Escalate Problems on Time

- Raise issues to higher management when needed, without delays.

Work with Other Departments

- Collaborate with HR, legal, finance, etc., to ensure everyone is following the same compliance standards.

Handle Projects

- Participate in or lead compliance-related projects to improve processes.

Train Employees

- Conduct training sessions and share regular updates to help employees understand and follow compliance rules.
