We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the development of our Algorithmic Trading Validation Product. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, ensure compliance with SEBI/NSE regulations, and work closely with development teams to deliver robust solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for the algorithmic trading validation product.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct feasibility analysis and risk assessments for proposed solutions.
- Work closely with developers and testers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product features.
- Develop user stories and process flows to facilitate understanding across teams.




- Ensure the validation engine aligns with SEBI/NSE regulations and overall business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of financial markets, algorithmic trading, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with web portal development and performance validation tools.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
