We are seeking an experienced Automation Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in automated testing, with the ability to design, develop, and execute test scripts that ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Executing automated test cases and analyzing results to ensure the quality of the application.
- Collaborating with development teams to understand application functionality and requirements for testing.
- Maintaining and updating existing automation test scripts to accommodate new functionality.
- Reporting and tracking defects found during testing, and verifying fixes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Participating in test planning and strategy discussions to improve testing processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation testing.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools like Selenium, QTP, or similar tools.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for writing test scripts.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, and experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
