Conneqt Digital is seeking an experienced AVP/SDL to lead our finance and operations team, ensuring seamless processes in SAP OTC/PTP/S4HANA modules. Roles and Responsibilities

Order-to-Cash (OTC)

- Hands-on expertise in SAP OTC, Sale Order, and Billing modules.
- Manage cash applications, GST, TDS, and customer account reconciliations.
- Lead inter-company and intra-division reconciliations, debtor aging, and AR GL reconciliations.
- Follow up on unapplied/unidentified payments and perform discount analyses.

Procure-to-Pay (PTP)

- Oversee invoice processing, domestic/foreign payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage import/export documentation and travel expense compliance.
- Ensure GST/TDS compliance and vendor account reconciliations.
- Prepare AP schedules, key metrics, and facilitate audit support.

Record-to-Report (RTR)

- Handle journal entries, fixed assets, and inventory management.
- Oversee end-to-end audits,



bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

Taxation

- Indirect Tax: GSTR reconciliation (1A, 2A, 2B, 3B, 6, 7, & 9).
- Direct Tax: TDS reconciliation and 26AS alignment.

Leadership & Management

- Manage a team of 125-150 members, with 8+ years of supervisory experience.
- Drive stakeholder management, SLA adherence, and continuous process improvements.
- Prepare key metrics and leverage automation tools for process optimization.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between teams and effective people management.

Qualifications

- Educational: ICWA/CA required.
- Technical:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP OTC/PTP/S4HANA modules.
- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and financial reconciliations.
- Experience in audit management, including statutory, tax, and internal audits.
