Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Manage a team and ensure sales targets are met consistently.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to sales representatives.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales,
preferably in the BPO sector.
- Hands-on experience in upselling and sales management.
- Knowledge of the BFSI sector is preferable.
- Additional Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Additional Information
- Salary: Up to 4 LPA + Transport Allowance (2k).
- Perks: Cab facilities provided (two-way within a 35 km radius).
