- Manage and drive sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) and Micro LAP products within the assigned area
- Monitor and oversee the portfolio of branch LAP products (secured loans) to ensure growth and quality
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners to boost business
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business objectives of the branch
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of portfolio performance and sales metrics
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans
- Identify new business opportunities and support marketing initiatives to promote LAP products
