Blueberry Digital Labs is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Business Developer. This is a unique and impactful role where your success will be measured by your ability to coach, mentor, and inspire colleagues across the firm to achieve their individual business development (BD) targets. You will be a strategic partner to our Senior Leadership Team, ensuring that BD activities are a core priority and that our teams are equipped to co-create the highest quality products.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

- Plan and negotiate individual BD targets within a credible overall business development plan for our firm.
- Coach and mentor team members who own these targets, helping them to develop and implement action plans that make the best use of their time.
- Hold people accountable to achieve their agreed-upon BD results and to learn from their experience.
- Report performance to our Senior Leadership Team, ensuring transparent and consistent communication.




- Equip line managers with information that supports performance appraisals related to BD activities.
- Ensure that sufficient time is invested in BD activity across the organization, overcoming the challenge of competing priorities.
- Co-create the greatest quality products by equipping and inspiring your colleagues with the necessary tools and confidence.
- Be sufficiently secure in your own role to allow team members to enjoy the credit for their success, fostering a culture of trust and shared achievement.
