About Culvion AI
Culvion AI builds AI SDRs, voice bots, CRMs, and QMS systems that automate sales and customer
operations for businesses. As a founding-stage team, the decisions we make on product, process, and
go-to-market are only as good as the data behind them — this role puts you at the center of how we
understand our business, our customers, and our numbers.
What You'll Do
• Analyze sales, outreach, and product usage data to surface trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports (funnel conversion, pipeline health, CRM data hygiene, etc.) using our own product and tools like Excel/Sheets
• Support the founders with market research, competitor analysis, and pricing/positioning studies
• Translate business questions into structured analyses and clear, actionable recommendations
• Document processes and workflows as the company scales, flagging gaps or inefficiencies
• Partner with the sales/lead-gen team to track KPIs and improve funnel performance
• Present findings in weekly syncs with the founders
What We're Looking For




• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions from it
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus but not
required
• Transparent written and verbal communication — able to explain findings simply to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a genuine interest in how early-stage startups operate
Good to Have
• Prior internship or project experience in business analysis, consulting, or operations
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar
• Exposure to basic SQL or data visualization tools
• Genuine curiosity about AI products and how they're sold to businesses
