Duties/Roles

Developing and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals of the Kiosk Kaffee.
Managing and regularly updating the brand’s social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Creating and curating engaging and visually appealing content, such as photos, videos, and written posts, that promote the brand’s products and values.
Collaborating with the brand’s marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Monitoring and analysing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.




Responding to customer inquiries and complaints on social media in a timely and qualified manner.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identifying opportunities to innovate and improve the brand’s social media presence.
Collaborating with other departments such as product development and customer service to integrate social media efforts with overall company strategies.
Building a community of loyal brand ambassadors and engaging them to promote the brand in their networks.
Collaborating with influencers or bloggers to create sponsored content that promotes the brand.
