About the Opportunity
We are building a new-age platform for live catering experiences, starting with our flagship Live Kunafa Counters and expanding into multiple unique live food concepts. Our vision is to standardize premium live catering through technology, training, solid operations and a distributed city network, enabling caterers across India to offer innovative food experiences with consistent quality. This role will lead the execution of that vision from the ground up
Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead end-to-end multi-city catering operations across India.
Hire, train and manage City Heads, field teams and gig workforce.
Create SOPs, reporting systems, quality audits and operational dashboards.
Oversee production planning, logistics, inventory and asset movement.
Drive execution excellence while continuously improving operational efficiency and scalability.
You should apply if you have:
8–12 years of experience in catering, hospitality, event operations or manpower-intensive businesses.
Experience managing distributed teams across multiple cities.
Strong understanding of operations, logistics, inventory and workforce planning.
Able to build processes, train teams and execute with high ownership.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with frequent travel.
Compensation:
Earn up to ₹50K-75K per month CTC
• TA/DA + Outstation Allowances
+ Incentives and Milestone Rewards upto 6 lacs per Season.
