The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.

Responsibilities may include a combination of the following: Hardware Development: Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of a hardware development function for electronic design, mechanical design and/or hardware reliability. Software Development: Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of a software development function for software systems, applications and/or software quality assurance. Systems Design: Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of an integrated hardware/software systems design function.
What you’ll do
Monitor, coordinate, and supervise daily activities of engineering operations personnel to ensure effective execution of organizational objectives.




Lead department planning activities including workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, training, resource allocation, budgeting, and strategic roadmap development.
Establish priorities and assign work to ensure successful execution of program deliverables and business commitments.
Administer company policies, procedures, and management directives while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Recommend and implement improvements to departmental processes, practices, and operating procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive department effectiveness through operational governance, performance management, and organizational development initiatives
Lead execution of engineering projects and programs in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
