Job Summary
The Business Analyst cum Product Analyst analyzes business systems, processes, and data to engineer solutions that enhance business capabilities and operational efficiency. As a core member of the product team, this role translates business workflows into clear technical requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria. The analyst also functions as a proxy product owner and subject matter expert, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.



A strong foundation in requirements engineering, process modeling, Agile practices, and data analysis is essential.
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements & Product Analysis
Translate business processes, goals, and terminology into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Act as a proxy product owner for designated business domains, offering functional expertise and guidance.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and refine product requirements.
Manage and prioritize product backlog items in Azure DevOps based on business value, dependencies, and stakeholder inputs.
Prepare communications, presentations, and documentation on system enhancements, alternatives, and recommended solutions.
