About the role
Own payroll end to end: monthly payroll runs, new joiner additions and full-and-final settlements, statutory deductions and filings (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), payroll records and software, and employee payroll queries.
What we are looking for
2-3 years of experience running payroll (CA not required)
Hands-on with payroll systems and statutory payroll compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS)
High accuracy and strong ownership; startup experience is a plus
