Job Description:
We are looking for agile and confident Business Development Associate (BDA) who will be responsible for visiting colleges and schools, meeting key authorities, and organizing seminars, workshops, and test drives to promote our training programs.
This is a field-oriented role requiring strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated,



and results-driven professional to promote our cutting-edge IT training programs within these key regions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Visit & Face-to-Face Conversion
Visit assigned leads (students/parents) at home, colleges, or meeting points.
Conduct in-person counselling and explain courses clearly.
Build trust and convert leads into admissions on the spot.
4. Relationship Building (Students & Parents
Build strong personal connection during visits.
Guide both students and parents about career outcomes.
Maintain professionalism and trust.
3. Student Counselling
Guide students about the best career and course options based on their interests.
Explain course structures, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes.
Provide counselling support to help students make informed decisions.

3. Sales Closure & Revenue Generation
Pitch IT courses (Full Stack, AI, etc.) confidently.
Handle objections (fees, timing, trust issues).
