The Role
We’re looking for a Pre Sales Manager to lead our pre sales team and drive conversion across the customer journey.
You’ll manage and coach a team of Associates, own day-to-day funnel performance, and build the processes, playbooks and operating rhythm needed to improve conversion and revenue.
This is a hands-on people leadership role for someone who can lead from the front, use data to diagnose performance, and consistently raise the bar on customer experience and execution.
The Job
Lead and develop the pre sales team by coaching associates, setting clear expectations and building a high performing culture around conversion,



customer experience and ownership.
Own the pre-sales funnel end to end from lead qualification through conversion and handoff, with accountability for revenue, conversion and pipeline health.
Improve team performance through data by tracking productivity, quality and funnel metrics, identifying gaps and taking action quickly.
Build scalable playbooks and processes across calls, chats and email to improve lead handling, objection management and overall sales effectiveness.
Turn customer insights into better outcomes by partnering with Product, Guest Delight and Operations to solve recurring friction and continuously improve the customer journey.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:
Have 7+ years of experience in sales, pre sales function, including 3+ years leading teams.
Have a strong track record of driving conversion, revenue and team performance against explicit targets.
