About The Role

We’re looking for a highly strategic and performance-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize active client campaigns across paid social and programmatic advertising initiatives.

This is a part-time, hourly remote role — flexible, project-based or ongoing — designed for someone who can step into active accounts quickly,



manage campaign execution independently with minimal onboarding or ramp-up time, and drive measurable performance improvements across multiple client engagements.

This role goes beyond campaign execution. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically about performance marketing, identify growth opportunities, and provide clear, well-articulated recommendations around audiences, messaging, creative direction, testing strategy, and campaign optimization.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok, understands performance-driven optimization at a high level, and is comfortable collaborating closely with creative and strategy teams to improve campaign outcomes.

This role is focused primarily on paid social and programmatic advertising. Google Ads experience is a plus, but it is not the primary focus of this role.
