We are looking for an accomplished LSA Certified Pega Architect with proven expertise in architecting and developing enterprise-scale Pega applications. The role involves leading solution design, mentoring development teams, enforcing Pega best practices, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential Technical Qualification:
Mandatory - Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) (both Part 1 & 2)
Overall, 8 to 9 years and 7+ years relevant Pega experience and at least 3-5 Pega projects implementation.
Proven experience in architecting and implementing end-to-end Pega solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience in the banking and financial services domain, including project delivery and client handling.
Demonstrated experience in independently leading and owning deliverables.




Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation.
Proven experience in Customer Service framework implementations.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and capabilities.
Experience in solutions development on Pega using Pega forms, workflows, data models, layer cake, integration and Pega mobility.
Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, coding, integration, implementation, and deployment within Pega environments.
Robust understanding of Case management concepts, Activities, Flows, SSO Integrations, Connectors, Services and Data Interactions.
Debugging Skills & User Interfaces in PRPC. Pega application upgrade experience from Pega 4/5/6/7 to Pega 8.
Experience of integrating Pega with other Technology Platforms.
Demonstrates excellent customer interaction abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with building security first solutions,
