Key Responsibilities
Conduct telecalling and cold calling to generate and convert leads
Manage end-to-end Inside Sales cycle — from pitching to closing
Build strong rapport with international customers (US, UK, Australia, Canada)
Handle objections confidently and ensure successful deal closures
Maintain sales records using CRM tools
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Cold Calling (any industry)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Graduate in any field
Self-starter with a positive, go-getter attitude
Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
