Requirements:
Education: MBA - HR.
Experience: 3 - 5 years.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ability to build a good relationship with candidates & Stakeholders.
Campus Recruitments (Engineering Colleges in AP, TS, Bangalore and other regions)
End to End Recruitment process including Fresher Recruitment on/off-campus.
Work with the hiring managers to pinpoint the company's exact hiring needs.
Adaptable to travel if required for the campus drives.
Working on different Job portals and having end-to-end follow-ups.
Closing on all the hiring requirements based on the timelines.
Updating the internal Candidate Tracker, Applicant Tracking System (ATS),
& requirement report on a daily basis.
Collecting, verifying & uploading the offer/necessary documents as per the documentation process and checklist.
Post Offer Follow up with the offered candidates till joining.
Sending the offer status report to the respective POCs as per defined timelines.
Participate in recruiting & branding projects with social media, attend virtual networking events & career fairs, and network within industry associations.
Preparation of reports & dashboards related to recruitment by using pivot tables, charts & statistics using MS Excel.
