As a trusted advisor, you’ll identify and interpret business needs, plan and organize resources and develop procedures and schedules that ensure deliverables meet MNP’s commitment to quality and client service excellence.
Responsibilities:
Support the execution of operational and administrative activities across a technology program, ensuring recurring processes, reporting, documentation, and system administration tasks are completed accurately, consistently, and on time
Maintain program trackers, logs, and operational records with high accuracy
Process administrative requests related to subscriptions, invoicing, licensing and ticket tracking
Support project initiation and closure activities (e.g., project setup, documentation, close-out tracking)
