Role & responsibilities

- Conduct site surveys, technical inspections & feasibility assessments
- Supervise solar PV installation, testing, commissioning & handover
- Read and verify SLDs, electrical drawings & layouts
- Troubleshoot modules, inverters, batteries, AC/DC wiring, earthing & protection systems
- Perform preventive & corrective maintenance
- Coordinate with project teams, vendors & contractors
- Provide technical support during customer visits & project discussions
- Prepare commissioning, service & technical reports
- Train customers on system operation & safety
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety & quality standards

Preferred candidate profile

- 25 years of relevant Rooftop Solar experience
- Rooftop Solar EPC experience is mandatory
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, electrical testing, troubleshooting & site execution
- Valuable communication, problem-solving & coordination skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites
