Job Summary
The Order Fulfillment Executive plays a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of
customer orders, coordinating between inventory, packaging, and shipping teams. The position
demands attention to detail and a commitment to meeting customer expectations.
This role requires strong understanding of e-commerce operations, with focus on order
management, logistics, and communication across teams to ensure smooth end-to-end
fulfillment. Adherence to SLAs and quality standards is a must.
We are looking for candidates with 24 years of experience in operations or e-commerce
fulfillment who can streamline processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to overall customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process and manage customer orders from initiation to final delivery.
2. Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
3. Track orders and proactively resolve any delays or discrepancies.
4. Liaise with packaging and logistics partners for timely dispatch.
5. Monitor adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
6. Update order status in ERP/e-commerce systems accurately.
7. Handle escalations related to delivery or fulfillment issues.
8. Support returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics operations.
9. Prepare daily/weekly fulfillment performance reports.
10.



Collaborate with customer support teams on order-related queries.
11. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
12. Assist in continuous process improvements for faster fulfillment.

Core Technical Skills
1. Solid knowledge of e-commerce order management systems.
2. Familiarity with ERP and POS systems used in retail operations.
3. Understanding of inventory and warehouse management workflows.
4. Basic knowledge of shipping, delivery, and logistics coordination.
5. MS Excel and reporting tools for order tracking and reporting.
6. Ability to work with courier dashboards and partner systems.
7. Problem-solving skills in handling order discrepancies.
8. Knowledge of SLA and KPI tracking in operations.
9. Familiarity with reverse logistics workflows.
10. Exposure to automation tools for operations is an advantage.
